This committee ensures that the main entrance to the development and all common areas are well kept and nice looking. Duties include managing the services for grass cutting, trash removal and porta-john cleaning, as well as arranging deliveries of sand, mulch, and gravel when required. Members and volunteers also maintain picnic tables, grills, gazebos, and plantings.
